Miniature golfing

Ryan's most favorite activity in the whole wide world is miniature golf. Last year, after we took him to Disneyland, I asked him, "Ryan, what's your favorite--Disneyland or Golfland?" and . . he said Golfland. Why did we just spent hundreds of dollars taking him to the "happiest place on earth" when we could have taken him to the local mini-golf place, dropped $8 and he'd be just as happy? If not happier! Oh well. Tonight, Ryan convinced us to take Rich's parents mini-golfing. We had loads of fun.

Ryan's improving and starting to follow some rules. Ok, one rule--you don't throw the ball into the hole, you hit it in there with the club.

Macie tries to "help" us by intercepting our golfballs and putting them into the holes. It's cute but she's basically another obstacle on the course. Maybe in like 5 years we can start keeping score again.

My favorite was on the 4th when she crawled through/under the windmill to chase after her ball. I'm pretty sure she was the only golfer small enough to pull that off!

What fun parents you are! Your little ones just keep getting cuter and cuter.
